PERISHABLE – Dead Maggots / Pinkies / Worms & Casters
We are very proud of the quality of the baits we provide. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If any Maggot, Pinkie, Caster or worm is ordered by mistake and has been dispatched before notifying us, unfortunately it will be NON returnable/refundable.
At catchy Bait we only post maggots / pinkies frozen this means that the bait will arrive dead. You can either refreeze this item and use in the future or use that weekend by simply putting the bait in a container and covering in water. Under NO circumstance will we send maggots / pinkies live.
Casters will arrive vacuum packed and will last between 3 – 4 weeks unopened. please store in a well maintained bait fridge. These casters are dead and will not change colour. Please put straight in water when using them to ensure they will stay fresh and to ensure that no sunlight can damage them. DO NOT leave dry and open to the air.
It is down to the customer to ensure the bait is handled and stored correctly, Catchy bait will take no responsibly for any mistakes made. However if you would like to know the best way to store the bait correctly please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or watch our YouTube videos on our website.
NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS – Pellets, Boilies, Groundbait– Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.
